From the very dust of the earth, God made all the living creatures that move along the
ground. And the Word of the Lord repeats a phrase we have already encountered on
day 5, for we are told that they were brought forth “according to their kinds” (v24-25) and
within those kinds, they were subdivided into many subcategories.
